Yan Preston would like to use the residency time as a
'meditation' opportunity and make a book or an installation with
Chinese rice paper as a way to record this 'meditation' period.
Yan was our original Life Friendly residency artist last summer, where she took on the challenge of pushing her arts practice into a more life friendly approach. Now she has the support of the whole Life Friendly group, we can't wait to see what develops!
